Chef Jay was born in Portmore Jamaica. His love and passion for food started at his parents restaurant/ lounge at a young age It became an obsession as he was exposed to different types of flavors embedded in the heart of the Caribbean. He began cooking at home entertaining at his kids birthday parties and hosting memorable dinner parties for friends and families. Jay wanted to do something extraordinary with his cooking talents and decided to invest in a food truck where his food could be accessible to customers all over.
